- Pls note that the bike we offer has special customization parts like SHIMANO REAR DERAILLEUR (TY21) & UPGRADED SHIMANO GEAR SHIFTER (TX50) which are totally different with other sellers. Shimano parts are more reliable and also more costly too.
- Moreover, our bike is using FOLDABLE PEDALS instead of those non-foldable pedals that most sellers use. The advantages of using foldable pedals are saving space and ease of keeping the bike. It can also be treated as a buffer / protection on the bike when bike falling down.
- FREE 11 Gifts (worth more than $40) (e.g. Basket, Headlight, Air Pump, Bike Lock, Bottle Holder, Bike Bell, Bike Pegs, Water Flap, Installation Tool, Lubricant and stickers.) Sometimes might short of 1-2 gifts due to shortage at factory. Really appreciate your understanding.
- All bicycles are shipped fully assembled except for the pedals, seat and mudguard as these items are disassembled to prevent damage during shipment. You only need to take 10-15 minutes to install pedals & mudguard, lock the handlebar and adjust the seat height. We can send you the video of this installation if you request. We will also provide guidance on how to fine tune the gear, brake & etc if required.
- In order to minimize the damage/scratches during the shipping, our bike is double protected by using 2 layer of boxes and thick bubble wrap. Thus, pls don't worry or shock when you see the outer box is badly damaged as inner still got another box which wrapped with PP woven bag. This is the extra effort that we put to make our bike different with others in the market.
- Nevertheless, minor scratches might still exist due to bulky overseas sea shipping. Therefore, really appreciate your kind understanding to accept this if not so serious. However, if the damage is too serious, feel free to contact us and we will definitely do a follow-up. We will resend the spare part and provide guidance on how to replace it.
